It was great to meet online with a bunch of people who are currently doing the 7 Day Detox Diet Challenge. Although it’s already started, you can still join in whenever you like.
Today I’ve got my day 2 menu to share.
Breakfast was a brown rice and zucchini porridge with tahini and flaxmeal. it certainly doesn’t look too glamorous and to tell you the truth it was a bit of an experiment that didn’t go so well. I still ate it but Ii won’t share the recipe 🙂
Lunch was a delicious tuna salad nori wrap.
Dinner was a roast chicken with roast brussel sprouts, carrots and cauliflower and a side of guacamole.
