I’ve met people before following a candida diet that just eat dry brown rice crackers and carrots!
Seriously, following a candida diet does not mean eating drab and boring food. There is still a wide array of wonderful meals you can eat and enjoy, you just need to get creative, or know someone creative…like me 🙂
Sure, you may have to quit eating a few foods you might love. But there are still so many foods to eat from the allowed food list that there’s really no need to ever get bored.
