A recent question came in that I’d like to cover about coconut oil on the candida diet. Is it good or is it bad?
I’m going to keep this answer super short and sweet.
Coconut oil is good for candida, in fact it is excellent!
Because it contains a natural anti-fungal known as caprylic acid that is great for helping to kill off the candida albicans.
Of course antifungals alone do not help without following a strict candida diet but coconut oil is definitely one of the best things to include in your plan.
To start taking it, simply eat the coconut oil straight from a teaspoon. Sounds like a strange thing to do but it works.
Start with one teaspoon in the mornings and night and see how you go.
Best of luck
