What’s the best weight loss program for women over 50?


A great question came in from one of my email subscribers recently.

Q: What is the best weight loss program for women over 50?

What an awesome question and something I’m sure many of you are keen to know.

Firstly, women over 50 can lose weight, there’s no doubt about it. The reason I know this is because I have many women over 50 go through my 6 week weight loss program and achieve great results. In fact one of my recent attendees 65 years old lost 11.4 kg / 25 lbs in 6 weeks.

But when it comes to losing weight when we’re older it’s not as easy as following the latest fad diet. In most cases that just doesn’t work.

Why?

Well let’s face it, our bodies change as we get older and most of the weight loss programs out there just don’t seem to take that into account.

The truth is that most programs aren’t aimed at individuality and they’re not teaching you about proper nutrition.

The Best Weight Loss Program Is A Good Nutrition Program

As a nutritionist, the only thing I can say is that nutrition is your top priority, not just for weight loss but for gaining energy and feeling great too.

The focus is usually all wrong. You don’t need to count calories, weigh, measure or eat diet foods.

You need to know what foods cause weight gain, what ones cause weight loss and then focus on quality nutrition that is going to get your body functioning properly.

Once you know this kind of information, you can easily lose weight.

So what is the best weight loss program for women over 50?

Of course I’m going to say it’s my program.

And that’s because I know it works and can help you. As for all the others, I’m really not sure and that’s the honest truth.
