What about apple cider vinegar?

That’s right, a simple vinegar can help boost your results and it’s one of the first remedies I get people using in my Online Weight Loss Program.
There are 3 key reasons why apple cider vinegar and weight loss go hand in hand.
1. Digestion, detoxification and elimination
One of our key objectives to losing weight faster is to get our digestive system functioning better. When we are metabolising food more effectively and our elimination pathways are working better then things happen much faster. You see when you have weight to lose chances are you’ve been eating a pretty poor diet, so your digestion and elimination pathways may be sluggish. There’s also your liver, the organ that helps to effectively detox your body. Apple cider vinegar helps to cleanse the liver, that means better detoxification pathways and more rapid weight loss 🙂
The acid/ alkaline balance of your body is very important. Most of us are way too acidic when we really need to be more alkaline. It may sound strange to use a vinegar to alkalise your body because vinegar is acidic right?
Welll yes it is but it has the opposite effect on your body and helps to bring back the ph balance and restore function.
We ALL battle with cravings, especially when trying to lose weight. And often our cravings are our one biggest downfall because they lead us to eating that chocolate or cake. When you include the apple cider vinegar drink every morning it helps to reduce cravings. This is due to it’s overall effects on the digestive system. And guess what else resides in our digestive system?
Hormones. When our hormones are better balanced, so too are our cravings.
Of course it works best when we balance it all out with a clean eating plan because that’s what will really make the difference. BUT if you use an apple cider vinegar tonic every day in conjunction with a clean eating plan then it will definitely make a difference.

Health Tonic Drink Recipe
Place the juice of half a lemon and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a mug. Fill the mug with boiling water until 3/4 full. Add enough cold water so that it’s cool enough to drink. Have it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
