How many calories to eat to lose weight?

It may just surprise you to know that if you’re focusing on counting calories or points, then you may just be focusing on the wrong method of measurement.
I often see people who are eating a low calorie 1200 calorie diet and still can’t lose weight. That’s because couting calories just doesn’t really work. It may short term but long term it doesn’t.
