Breakfast – a big veggie egg scramble
Lunch – salmon patties and salad…again! Yes it’s so easy and salmon is so good for you so why not 🙂
Dinner – Bolognaise sauce with cabbage noodles
Breakfast – another veggie egg scramble drizzled in olive oil
Lunch – I left lunch to my partner before we went to play some snooker. He served up a bit of leftover salad, a tin of salmon with vinegar mixed into it and some brown rice crackers. It was actually really good, even though it wasn’t much of an effort.
Dinner – baked fish and sweet potato chips with salad
