Adrenal fatigue is one of my areas of passion when it comes to health, diet and lifestyle. I’ve suffered with burn out myself in the past and I’ve helped clients overcome it too.
There is no greater joy than seeing someone who can barely function regain their energy, colour, vibrancy, and life. That’s the one part of my job I absolutely LOVE!
I had a question recently from a reader asking: ‘How do you cure adrenal fatigue?’
This is a great question and the answer is Yes.
So let’s cover the ‘how’ on cure for adrenal fatigue 🙂
How Do You Cure Adrenal Fatigue?
There is also no quick fix solution but you can get better and reclaim your energy.
It all comes down to 3 key things:
3. Supportive supplements
This may sound simplistic and in lots of ways it is.
That’s often the issue because many people are out there looking for a bigger, better answer. Unfortunately there isn’t one. But I can assure you that if you apply strategies in these 3 key areas, you will recover from the condition.
Identify the Stressors
It’s essentially all about identifying the stressors in your life and removing as many of those as possible because stress on every level is what keeps perpetuating the problem.
When it come down to it the number one primary healing factor is diet. You’ve really got to clean things up and heal yourself from the inside out. Eating well supports your immune system and whole body to regulate itself.
Next you have to look at key things like sleep, stress management, relaxation, toxins, and see what you can do to minimise those.
And often you will need supplements to help support the process of healing.
When you can combine those things together they become a powerful combination for healing. I’ve literally seen people who can’t stay awake improve their condition using these 3 simple factors. Sure it’s not all that easy for everyone because sometimes there are various contributing factors.
However, the key with these simple strategies is putting it all into practice. This can be difficult, especially when you already have no energy. But it is doable and with a well structured plan you can see massive improvements in just a few short months. Yes, months. There’s no overnight fix here. But even a few months is not long when we’re talking about the lifelong possibility of fatigue, right?
